The school terms are divided into three quarters for all classes from std. I to XII:

First Term – June - September
Second Term – October –December
Third Term – January – March

The medium of instruction is English. Mount Bethany is affiliated to CBSE and hence follows the curriculum outlined by the Board. The school follows the Indian pattern of education in tandem with the global standards.
